The home's original
brown-painted wood siding was removed and protective wrap
was installed. Alcoa's 'Classic Cream' vinyl siding in a Dutch-lap
pattern rejuvenated this traditional 1925 Dutch Colonial.
Windows
The home's existing
windows had been painted shut over the years. Vinyl replacement
windows restored Lake Michigan's fresh breezes to every room.
Doors
The home has
three first-floor entry doors, and a second-floor airing deck
door. All were in need of high-quality, protective replacements.

and custom sizes.
Awnings
Fabric adds a
warm accent to a home's hard edges. A tailored, black and
white acrylic awning provides charm and sun protection to
this west-facing exterior.
Gutters,
shutters and trim
Fascia, soffit
and frieze boards and white vinyl rain gutters finish the
look. Note the fine miter work and attention to detail. Classic
black shutters add a crisp contrast.
